 The Dream Academy is a player development program focused on intense skills training.
Each session is 90 minutes:
30 min. of strength and speed training with Coach Frank
30 min. of basketball skills and drills with Coach Billy
30 min. of game play (2 on 2, 3 on 3, 5 on 5) with Coach Billy
Program consists of:
- Controlling the space
- Playing with a low center of gravity
- Triple threat in motion
- Creating angles
- Developing precise and efficient footwork

In order to improve your game, every player needs a minimum of 3 hours of skills training for every game they play in. | |
For: Boys and Girls Grades 3rd - 8th
Where: OLV - 150 Harriot Ave. Harrington Park, NJ

When: Once a week starting Dec. 1st 4:00pm - 5:30pm
