BILLY ARMSTRONG'S BASKETBALL TRAINING

Workouts are designed to enhance the skill and athleticism vital to the success of a young player. My goal is to get kids in the gym and to get them better at basketball. I am driven to help kids excel in everything they do.

I touch on defense, shooting, dribbling, passing, offensive moves to the basket and improving ones athleticism. I stress being extremely fundamental and explosive. Most coaches teach one or the other or neither.
I also stress life skills:

My goal is to bring players to their peak athletic potential, whether that be Division I, Division III, or simply making the travel team or high school team. Lessons are for players of all ages and skill levels. It’s never too late or too early to maximize your potential.
